The Lone Cypress is a landmark of Carmel's coastal beauty. The Cypress was damaged in a storm in 2020, but that hasn't deterred from its celebrity status. Painted in an impressionistic style, it depicts the rugged coast, the swirling water and wind trimmed cypresses.
